The first neighborhood in The Rail is Downtown Edge a step towards the continued revitalization of the Ship Creek area.  Residents can leave their car in the garage and walk to restaurants, shops and cultural destinations such as the Anchorage Museum and Performing Arts Center or relax at home with beautiful views of the Inlet and Mt. Susitna.
